SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM PST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM PST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

  • Ground: Will arrive in 2-8 business days
  • Two-Day: Will arrive in 2-3 business days
  • Overnight: Will arrive in 1-2 business days

Free ground shipping offer valid on all orders. Free ground shipping offered within the continental United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Alask, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.

INTERNATIONAL

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Harrison + Draper is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

 

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 days.

 

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

 

P.O. BOXES

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

 

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. To track your order, visit the My Account section on harrisonanddraper.com, login, and refer to your recent orders.

 

RETURN POLICY

We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your Harrison + Draper purchase. Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund or exchange must be sent back to Harrison + Draper within 30 calendar days after the receipt of product. Note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by customer. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost effective shipping that is available, that includes tracking.

All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. For any inquiries concerning returns or exchanges, please contact Customer Service via email at hello@harrisonanddraper.com.

 

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

An agreement for Harrison + Draper ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller's charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.
